When scrolling down the site, search bar goes up; it is not accessible at all times. If you want to search a term while exploring the table you have to click the button to go to the top or scroll all the way there. I suggest to make the...

Search should not limit results by selected language

Even if Russian is enabled, search "star" should return results like "звезда". Maybe with lower priority.

You need a big page of *all* the most used ones

The current list of common ones is too small, and the main list is too long and slow loading - with unusable symbols

German translation

Instead of "Quantität der Zeichen" you should use "Anzahl der Zeichen"

it loads the first few characters and then a spinning cursors below saying "...loading please wait" - which goes on forever. As a result, when you click on a character nothing happens. Safari 9.0.3 El Crapitan 10.11.3

Hi, Pedro.
Thanks for the suggestion.
If you want to translate unicode-table.com to Portugal you can start from small interface file.
https://github.com/unicode-table/unicode-table-data/blob/master/loc/en/interface.txt

You can see full description here: https://github.com/unicode-table/unicode-table-data/wiki/Index-%28English%29

My e-mail is go@unicode-table.com

Beautiful, elegant, useful. Thank you.

What a pleasure to find this site. It gave me exactly what I needed. But more than that, I found myself browsing around just to enjoy the appearance, and to appreciate the structure of Unicode.

"lamda" should be "lambda". There are lots of these, and it is a bad error because it means that searches fail.
Response from the site administrator
vasa_c, 01.08.2016
It is official name of this symbol in Unicode Standard.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lambda#Character_encodings
Unicode uses the spelling "lamda" in character names, instead of "lambda".

We added synonyms to out search engine.
Now "lambda" finds "lambda" and "lamda".
http://unicode-table.com/en/search/?q=lambda

Thank you!

Do not rewrite the history at every character set

When I click back I don't want to go back to the previous character set I want to go to the previous page. Maybe some sort of custom page navigation would be a better idea. Please do not change how browsers work.

Formula for calculation of code point

The page https://unicode-table.com/en/blocks/low-surrogates/ contains formula 1000016 + (H − D80016) × 40016 + (L − DC0016). There are no mark that 16 at the end of a number means hex notation. This is confusing.
